About ICCI Energy Awards
Organized every year since 2011 and rewarding the best of the leading companies generating the power of Turkey, known as the Oscars of the energy industry in Turkey, the sixth “ICCI Energy Awards” Ceremony will take place in Istanbul WOW Convention Center on May 2nd, 2017.
ICCI Energy Awards is preparing to bring together the senior officials of the energy industry, authorized persons from ministries, institutions and foundations as well as academicians this year in Istanbul. With the Energy Awards Ceremony which is set to take place a day before the opening of the 23rd International Energy and Environment Fair and Conference, ICCI 2017 is bringing together the Energy Industry in Istanbul with many events on the first week of May this year.
Following the ICCI Energy Awards which will be given to the winners with a grand ceremony which will take place in Istanbul WOW Convention Center on May 2nd, 2017, ICCI 2017 - 23rd International Energy and Environment Fair and Conference will bring together officials from ministries, institutions and nongovernmental organizations with investors, suppliers, equipment and service providers in the energy industry in Istanbul Expo Center on May 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2017 and introduce them to national and international visitors and hosted buyers.
Awarded for the fifth time last year in Turkey in order to encourage devoted work in the energy area, Oscars of Energy will be awarded to the winners for the sixth time with a grand ceremony to be held in Istanbul WOW Hotel on May 2nd, 2017 a day before the opening of ICCI 2017 – International Energy and Environment Fair and Conference.
Becoming one of the most important agenda items in Turkey and in the world and awarded in order to support the services and contributions made for the Energy Industry, one purpose of ICCI Energy Awards is to encourage future projects and services. Oscars of Energy will honor the Power Plants and Efficiency projects under the ICCI Energy Awards.
Awarded also to support the investments made particularly in the area of renewable energy, ICCI Energy Awards will honor the best of the applications made in the Efficiency works category while the projects compete in the Wind, Hydroelectric, Geothermal, Biomass, Waste and Solar areas in the Renewable Power Plant category and in the Natural Gas, Coal and Waste Heat areas in the Thermal Power Plant category.
The applications will be evaluated using the score system to be applied pursuant to measurable criteria by the jury members of energy awards and the application that scores the highest in each category will be given the award.
The ceremony will take place on May 2nd, 2017 and officials from the Turkish Republic Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and senior public personnel as well as many representatives from nongovernmental organizations and academicians and major professionals in the energy industry will attend the event.
